Ashwina is all fire and finesse — the one clients call, the one teams fear (lovingly), and the one who’ll spot a misplaced tile from two floors up. With an eye honed by photography and an architect mother’s legacy, she is the design head and backbone of the company. Breathing creativity, even in just the way her desk is laid out every morning, it is this sensitivity and perception of life that she pours into each project, treating it as her first, every single time.

Ketan, on the other hand, is her perfect foil — calm, grounded, and quietly fixing what others panic over. He’s the one who doesn’t speak much, but when he does, even in his softspoken manner, everyone is commanded to listen (and usually rewind in their heads to make sure they’ve noted every detail down). The head of execution at the firm, it is his belief that nothing on site surpasses the thrill of doing things the best way possible.

Together, they’ve turned their contrasts into a company culture — where design is personal, execution is sharp, and every project gets their whole head and heart.
